Registration FAQ
March 23 - 25, 2026
Ontic Summit 2026 will be held at the Austin Marriott Downtown (304 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas, USA, 78701).
The Welcome Reception will be at Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden, and the BOLO Party will be at Brazos Hall, both of which are within walking distance of the hotel.
Access to all sessions, keynotes, workshops/training, meals, and evening events is included. Please refer to our registration page for details on how to attend.
Registration for the Ontic Summit is limited to qualified professionals
Representatives of companies with products or services competing with Ontic products and services are prohibited from attending. All registrations are subject to approval, and Ontic, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason. Canceled registrations will have their event registration fee refunded. No refunds will be made for travel, room, or any other direct or indirect expenses.
The entire conference in-person price is $899. Conference passes, pricing information, and group discounts are available on our registration page.
Your registration could result in a pending status based on a few influencing factors throughout the registration process. But don't worry! Pending registrations will be reviewed and updated by Tuesday of each week, when you'll receive a status update from the Ontic Summit Team.

Option 1: From the Ontic Summit website
- Visit onticsummit.com
- Click “Already Registered” at the top right corner of your screen next to Register Now
- Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address you used to register
- You’ll receive a verification code to access the login
- Once logged in, select ‘Modify’ from the top navigation
- Make modifications as necessary. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each page to proceed
- Once you have made all modifications, select ‘Finish’ from the Summary page
Option 2: From your Ontic Summit confirmation email
- Find your confirmation email with the subject: “Registration Confirmed: 2026 Ontic Summit”
- Inside the email, click the link to view or modify your registration
- Enter your confirmation number (it’s at the top of the email)
- Scroll down and click “Modify Registration”
- Make the changes you need to your registration
Adding teammates during the initial registration process
To add teammates during your initial registration process, once you reach the Registration Summary page, click the "Add Group Member" button. Fill out the registration details for your teammate. If you qualify for the group discount, the free tickets will be applied automatically at checkout.

If you want to add teammates after your registration has been processed, follow the steps outlined above to edit your registration. Once you reach the Registration Summary page, click the "Add Group Member" button. Fill out the registration details for your teammate. All training and workshops are included with your Ontic Summit ticket.
Registration is required for each session and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Some sessions require prior experience and program leadership responsibilities. All registrations are subject to approval, and Ontic, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny or cancel any training or workshop registration for any reason.

Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email to cancel your registration.
We offer a tiered refund policy to give you flexibility while helping us plan a great event:
- Full refunds are available through February 5, 2026.
- 50% refunds are available from February 6 through March 9, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued after March 9, 2026.
If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no cost. Just email us at summit@ontic.co, and we’ll take care of it.

Yes, we offer complimentary registration for federal employees with a valid U.S. Government ID.
To request a complimentary ticket:
- Submit a registration request through our Federal Employee Registration Form using your official government email address.
- If approved, you’ll receive a registration code from summit@ontic.co via email within 48 hours.
- Present your valid U.S. Government ID at event check-in for verification.
Complimentary registration is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
This covers conference fees only; travel and per Diem expenses are not included.
Attendee Experience FAQ

No, we will not offer virtual sessions at this year’s event, but we will issue plenty of written recaps afterward!
All Summit attendees are guaranteed entry with their name badge. To ensure a swift entry, please bring the name badge you receive at check-in to all conference sessions and evening events.
We do not permit personal guests to participate in ANY official Ontic activities, including evening parties and receptions. However, you are more than welcome to bring your colleagues.
Yes, there will be hotel WiFi and free, dedicated conference WiFi.
Yes! The event app will be available for download shortly before the Summit starts. You will receive an email when it is available.
Yes! Attendees are encouraged to schedule time with their Ontic representative before arrival in Austin. You can do so by contacting them directly or emailing summit@ontic.co. Additionally, Ontic experts will be available throughout the event to answer any questions.
Those participating in the event can build their agenda in the mobile app.

If you are no longer attending, but someone will be coming in your place, please get in touch with us at summit@ontic.co.
If you are no longer attending the Ontic Summit and no one is coming in your place, please cancel your event registration.
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the most convenient airport for the conference. On a good travel day, it's only a 15 minute car ride to the Austin Marriott Downtown.
Expect fluctuating weather conditions, being cool in the mornings, overcast, and sometimes sunny in mid-afternoon.
Temperatures range on average from low 45 to high 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
The complete conference agenda takes place indoors, which tends to be cool. Make sure to pack accordingly.
We recommend business casual attire for the entire conference. Dress pants or jeans, dresses, blouses, and sport coats (tie or no tie — up to you!) are welcome. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater.
Evening event attire is casual.
Ontic will provide breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Tuesday, March 24, and breakfast, snacks, and coffee breaks on Wednesday, March 25.
Food and beverages will also be provided at the Welcome Reception (Monday evening) and BOLO Party (Tuesday evening).
There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please note that Ontic will do everything possible to accommodate restrictions and allergies.
General registration officially closes at 8:00 PM on Monday, March 23.
If you arrive after 8:00 PM, registration will reopen at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, March 24.
Valet parking is available at the Austin Marriott Downtown for $69 per day and is not included in your Ontic Summit ticket cost.
Public parking is available at the Austin Convention Center garage, located at 201 East 2nd St. — with entrances on Brazos St. and San Jacinto Blvd. (Note: there is no entrance on 2nd St.). Rates are approximately $20 for up to 12 hours or $48 per day.
Hotel FAQ
You should arrive by midday Monday, March 23.
If you are attending training sessions on March 23, please arrive by 12:00 PM Central Time. Training sessions will start promptly at 1:00 or 2:00 PM, depending on the session.
Following training sessions, we will kick off with a Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.
Programming begins early in the morning on Tuesday, March 24.
You are encouraged to stay through Wednesday, March 25. Our closing event is Tuesday evening, and sessions continue on Wednesday morning.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The hotel will accommodate early check-in and late check-out upon request and when possible.
Ontic Summit’s room cutoff date is 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday, March 2.
Ontic cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are first-come, first-served and subject to availability.
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you cancel within 48 hours, a one-night room and tax fee applies. For prepaid stays, the hotel will keep payment for one night and refund the rest.
Yes, you can call the hotel directly if you’d like to secure a room for dates outside the primary conference schedule (March 23-25, 2026).
Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
No. Attendees should arrange ground transportation to/from the airport.

HOTEL SCAM ALERT
All room bookings should be made directly via the links provided on the Ontic Summit website, registration portal, attendee emails, or your Ontic representative.
If any outside hotel booking agencies contact you, please do not book through them as they are not affiliated with Ontic Summit. Ontic may be unable to assist attendees who have reserved rooms outside the block and/or if problems result from booking through an unauthorized company.
